I ordered a vegetable salad without any animal products, cheese, or croutons, but it arrived with both sprinkled all over. Despite my explicit instructions and clarification, they only picked off some of the cheese and croutons before bringing the same salad back to me. Additionally, they made a mistake with my boyfriend's order by putting cheese on his panini sandwich even though he had requested no cheese. The lack of apology for these errors and the overall unprofessionalism indicate a lack of proper training and respect for dietary restrictions. I will not be returning to this establishment.

However, if you prefer to try new dishes and are gluten-free, this may not be the best restaurant for you. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I often order food for my clients here, as everyone seems to enjoy Griff's!

The staff is knowledgeable about which dishes and sides are suitable for vegans. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating options with a laid-back atmosphere. My only criticism is that they use styrofoam packaging.
