What Rhett Heidenreich doesn't like about Doug's Motor City Grill:
We arrived at around 11:30am and the restaurant was not very busy. There were at least three waitresses working. When we placed our order, my husband requested grits, but the waitress informed us that their grits were not good. If the staff themselves are discouraging customers from ordering a certain dish, perhaps it shouldn't be on the menu. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and there was another table that arrive... This is one of my FAVORITE places to go for Breakfast!! Their Motor City Breakfast Bowl is Awesome and their breakfast burrito is top notch!! Service is always excellent! If you're looking for an Amazing breakfast at a really good price, Doug's is the place to go!!
Wow! What an amazing place to eat and the breakfast is out of this world! Oh my GOODNESS GOOD! A+ Amazing atmosphere and the staff are super kind and courteous. My hat off to the cook as well.. again just WOW!
Best breakfast in town! The breakfast here is like you make at home. It's comforting, tastes great, and super cheap. I'm not sure how these waitresses make anything. They have to definitely turn and burn A LOT! Let me tell you though, they are all on their game and very friendly. Portions are great to! It does get crowded but worth the wait!
