It was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by how different it is from the typical fast food places I usually go to for lunch. The food is prepared right in front of you, which adds to the overall experience. You have a wide variety of meats and vegetables to choose from, making it feel like a super fresh Mexican version of Subway.

The staff were not aware that we were evacuees, but they were incredibly accommodating. The food was fresh, and they sincerely apologized for the wait for freshly prepared chicken and steak. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, making it a perfect stop during our travels.

It’s nice to find a chain that uses organic tofu. And for reasonable prices. Hard to come here and leave hungry. And it’s so delicious! This particular one is clean and efficient. Only one time did they give me less food than I thought I should have gotten, but if you just politely say “may I have more rice?” they will gladly comply. The bathroom has auto everything to be more sanitary. One of the few vegan options in Bowling Green.

My only issue has been with deli... read more Overall, this restaurant is excellent. The atmosphere is always clean, and the service is quite prompt, even during busy times. My only issue has been with delivery orders; occasionally, the portions of protein are so small they’re barely there, and the accuracy of delivered orders seems to be about 50/50. On the positive side, they are quick to process refunds for incorrect orders. The food is consistently fresh, and it remains one of my favorite places to dine.
