3.5 stars. I wanted to give this place a try so I popped in for lunch. The place has a mom and pop feel to it. Chips were a bit greasier than some others in town. Standard fare as far as a menu goes but no chile rellenos which is my go to dish and a test of a Mexican food restaurant, so I went with lunch fajitas. Food was smoking hot in a decent time frame from kitchen considering the party of 20 sitting beside me. Food looked great but was not seasoned very well thus the 3.5 stars, still overall good. I will try again to see if it can go from good to very good.
What L V doesn't like about Bajio's Mexican:
Looking at the menu and reviews we were very excited to eat here. Unfortunately we never found it. The address and map took us to a shut down/burned out building that may or may not have been the restaurant. We were bummed! View all feedback.
Because of a previous experience (and the best salsa ever), my family came back to this location today all the way from Atlanta--only to find they are now CLOSED...
All of the dining experiences I had at Bajios were fantastic. Im really sad to hear they shut down. Wishing the best to the owner and the employees.

Awesome Mexican restaurant kinda off the beaten path. Service was really good. Food is extremely good. Prices are comparable to the other Mexican restaurants in town.
I had the strawberry margarita and a burrito fiesta and they were both amazing! The rice was really good as well. The chicken was seasoned really well !
