What User doesn't like about Smoothie King:
This is the second restaurant I have tried calling, and they never answer the phone. What's the point of having a phone if they don't want to pick up? Their customer service is terrible. View all feedback.
I was excited to try the smoothie bowl at Smoothie King for the first time. I ordered a bowl with added honey, but after receiving my order, I could not taste the honey. When I asked the worker about it, I was told that honey was added. I asked for a remake or a refund, but the worker was incredibly rude. She told me that they do not offer remakes or refunds, which I know is not true. Despite wanting to escalate the situation, I decided to leave instead. The worker, who I later found out was a "manager" with a name starting with a T, was unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location.
My daughter and I left the restaurant because there was no one working. We waited in line for over 5 minutes and no one took our order. The employees were goofing off and joking around as if they were at home. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
Amanda’s service was beyond expectations today! She helped me navigate the menu that helped my alterations to my order! She’s a great example of leadership and poise! I will be returning
I previously wrote a review about two weeks ago because I was having an issue at this location with timing. I gave a better review because they are always friendly and the atmosphere is always nice But today I have had enough. I will no longer be visiting this location because this has got to be the fourth bad experience that I’ve had at this location, but only the second review that I’ve written about it.This is a long one…Today I ordered my smoothie at 2 PM while I was still inside of the gym to be picked up at 2:45. I understand that things might get busy on a hot date like this so I gave the staff an extra 15 minutes before I actually went to pick up the smoothie in hopes that that was enough time for them to have it prepared. Inside is nowhere to be found they seem to have “misplaced my ticket“.. The lady on staff asked me several times “Did I order at the right location and what was my order”. I showed her my Order confirmation, she begins working on my smoothie, and the smoothie is finished blending in the ENTIRE staff walked to the back as my smoothie sits in the blender (after being done) for a little while until a young man runs out of the back and pours my smoothie into the cup.My problem here is, I ordered 45 to an hour ahead of time and didn’t get it until WAY past the time it was supposed to be ready and no one seemed to have a sense of urgency once my smoothie was done being blended, even though I have been waiting well past the time…I am honestly really tired of this and even though it seems like it’s more convenient to order through the app while I’m still in the gym, at this location that’s not the case…
While on business in Bowie I stopped at Smoothie King to get a lift me up and was suggested the College Power Pineapple Kale Smoothie. I replaced the pineapple with blueberries and it was absolutely delicious. Thanks so much to the young lady for the suggestion. I'm not sure what her name was but she had a necklace on with the numbers 444. She also had great customer service.
