Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Our server was excellent! Unfortunately, the menu seems to have changed, and some of the items we wanted were either unavailable or removed entirely. We had hoped to order our favorite chili, but learned that all of their soups were either out of stock or no longer available. I love their hamburgers, but they also don’t offer the adult version of macaroni and cheese as a side anymore, along with a few other things I can't recall at the moment. If you’re expecting the classic Red Robin experience, you might be disappointed.

The bartender was outstanding and really showed his multitasking skills by also serving our food.

The grilled chicken Cobb salad was absolutely delightful! It featured fresh greens, avocado, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles. Even the ranch dressing I requested on the side was perfect.

The food was perfect. My server was nice, but only what she needed. It felt like we forgot a few times. All in all, it was a good visit.

I do not recommend this location at all. Disorganized from top to bottom. The host and servers looked absolutely confused. One of the waiters kept touching his face mask (so not hygienic) and taking orders while trying to manage the other wait staff. The food was cold and looked totally unappetizing. We left. I do not recommend and will not return.
