The carne asada tacos and pecan pie at this restaurant are fantastic! We sat in a lovely shaded area and savored our meal. Next door, there is a shop where you can find all kinds of jerky and local pistachios. The service at both places is incredibly friendly. If you're in need of snacks, they have plenty to choose from.
We stopped for lunch on our way back from San Diego and both ordered burgers. My wife had the hamburger with onion rings, while I had the cheeseburger with no tomato and tots. Both patties were cooked to medium as we requested. The burgers, rings, and tots were all pretty good. We also visited their jerky shop on the way back to the interstate and purchased the cowboy and tearjerker jerky, mixed nut brittle, and a bag of pecan halves. The cowboy jerky was regular, while the tearjerker jerky used Carolina Reaper peppers, which was surprisingly not too hot. We enjoyed the brittle as well. We would recommend this place and would definitely visit both locations again.
TRUCKERS! OPEN! OPEN! This fantastic restaurant will come to your truck to take your order! The food is amazing, the service is great, and they even have parking for trucks!
For the best restaurant in town it's the only restaurant in town so you can't say anything good about that and I wouldn't. saw that there was Wi-Fi and they don't give out the Wi-Fi code and they don't have the Wi-Fi code for customers to use. Plus on the other hand when you come in their building since it's all metal your bell cell phones don't work in the building and/or get reception. So I can see that they have Wi-Fi and that they pay for it and then to put the cherry on top of the cake the owner charges you credit card charge on top of that. Won't be coming back to this restaurant or the Nut place, will stop in the town before or after to spend our money. I'm surprised he doesn't charges us for parking like they do in Vegas
