I ordered two sub-shells, one with cheese and one without. It took about 15 minutes for them to arrive. When I looked at the bowl, I was shocked—if there were even 2 or 3 ounces of meat in it, I’d be surprised. The portion size was just not worth it. A few years ago, they were fantastic, but unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore.

If customers order a sub, they expect fresh vegetables! The salad I received was brown and I was told it was fresh. To make matters worse, there were bits of salad on the men's underwear! This is absolutely unacceptable!

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak on wheat, but oh my god, it should really be called a salad sub! There was only a small amount of steak, and it had no flavor at all. Plus, there was way too much lettuce in the sandwich.
