If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I called several times, but no one picked up. I finally received my to-go order, and, naturally, it was incorrect. All the IHOPs in the Bowie and Crofton areas are consistently disappointing. The phone line is consistently disconnected, and the service is very poor.

If you're not going to make an effort to provide customers with what they've paid for, to-go orders shouldn’t even be an option.
We recently moved to this area and have been visiting this restaurant weekly. The staff is friendly and ensures that the food is served hot.
I love this place. The are known for their pancakes, but I tried the eggs benedict. My boyfriend had the strawberry waffle and they were both delicious. The staff is very attentive and the food was delivered quickly. We moved in the neighborhood down the street and have been coming every week.
Food was hot and fresh! Done exactly at the time they said it would be. :
