When I inquired as to why they were closed when there is still 5 minutes left AFTER I waited behind another car I was just told “it’s enough for today and we are done”. I get it as I am tired at the end of my work day too but I don’t leave before I’m supposed to especially with people waiting on me. That’s fine because I will NEVER frequent this location again. There are plenty of Dunkin Donuts in this area so I’m sure my money will be well spent elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

I?ve gotten tired of going back almost every time, so at this point I will not be returning. I also have issues with my foodwhen substitutions are requested.

Just got my order wrong twice and I?m not going back to fix it. And if someone asks for a toasted bagel that means toasted not warmed in the toasteroven. This is the worst Dunkin in the area. I really want my $20 back because I drove back to get my order corrected and theygave me a bagel that is not toasted when I asked for toasted with butter and I wasted time.
