Bob Evans - Bowie

We had a wonderful breakfast! The waiter was very pleasant, and my wife really enjoyed the banana bread.

We had dinner here at 6:30 and had a wonderful waiter. He was beautiful, kept our drinks filled, and our food quickly came to the table and was excellent. No complaint. Resturant was clean and staff was great. Only incide t was a worker on the back who spoke a little loud with some really foul language for no reason. Other then this was a very pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful breakfast with my husband. I regret not taking any pictures of our food because everything was so delicious! We both ordered pancakes, and I also enjoyed eggs and potatoes while my husband had a sausage patty. As I mentioned, all the food was fantastic, and our waitress was warm and friendly. It was an enjoyable experience!

The customer service was excellent, and our waitress Sandra was friendly and welcoming. However, I found the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the way tables and dirty dishes were handled to be unsanitary. I wouldn't return for this reason. Additionally, I noticed a waitress eating fries in the front area, which seemed inappropriate.

So, I wanted to eat in at Bob Evans. I will say it was pretty packed when we got there. The service was a bit slow. I have a three song rule when eating at establishments. If you don 't acknowledge me or at least bring water I leave and pick a different spot. She was really cutting it close. The wait for the food was bordering my threshold as well. I 'll admit thinking to myself a few times Wow I got the wrong waitress. Because the one on the opposite side of the eye was working it. Not to mention my son spilt his drink. It took a while for the waitress to come back. But then she said We can clean it up when you leave ??. So I politely told her no we would like this cleaned up now. We had a very nice busboy who brought us what we needed and assisted. So as you can guess the four stars is not for her service but for actually the food. It was delicious and hot. Pancakes, eggs, and sausage for me. Am I adventurous son got the breakfast Burger. I can 't remember the name of it. I 'm not sure of what is going on with customer service these days but it really has to improve.
