Under new management, the Bayview has great drinks, atmosphere and staff. Very clean establishment and would recommend to everyone for a casual drinking/ dining experience.
The restaurant sits in a rundown small town of Bowers Beach, a very old fishing town. This restaurant is no exception. The people there are courteous but I have yet to experience nice. I think that only happens once you become a regular and they get to know you.
We just had such a great stop at Bay View Inn! Originally went there because they opened at 11am and JPs Wharf (across the street) didn 't open until 12. The inside had a fun Cheers like atmosphere (clean, nostalgic, fun). There was a pool table, shuffleboard and roomy bar area. Food was delicious. We got burger and fries (fries were oven cooked, not fried) for $7! We will definitely be back again, just a fun and inexpensive place to stop.
My husband and I stopped at the Bayview as we were driving through . It was so comfortable and friendly. Can't wait to go back
What can I say about this Place other than..ABSOLUTELY FRICKEN AWESOME...!!! The Food is DELISH...The BARTENDERS r the Best Around...AND it's a Neighborhood Bar in Bowers Beach Delaware...The Atmosphere is so Relaxing when U walk in AND U r ALWAYS Greeted with a Welcoming Smile from the Bartenders...!!!!!! Just Starting the Summer of 2021and with 2020 being such a SHIT YEAR cant WAIT 2 Let Loose N just Have A Couple of Orange Crushes and an Italian Hoagie w\Fries...Hey Ya'll if u get the chance..Its WORTH the Drive..Hope 2 See ya There..!!!
