This place is a whole experience my partner and I had the most incredible time for his birthday!! We were surprised being greeted at the door and having our car moved for us, then you’re constantly looked after the whole evening by an array of lovely staff compliments to Ella and Brendan for their amazing service! The food was incredible and so well thought out with each dish comprising of multiple elements that went so well together. It’s in a gorgeous location with a beautiful look out to enjoy cocktails on the balcony and a telescope to enjoy the moon. Was such an awesome experience, can’t recommend this place highly enough!! My husband and I had a wonderful Valentine's Day celebration in 2024 at Amara. We enjoyed their special Valentine's Day set menu, which was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was very soothing, and I adored the decor. The service was top-notch and we were impressed to hear that Amara has earned a chef's hat. Having dined in highly acclaimed restaurants before, we believe that Amara deserves even more recognition and another hat in the future. Overall, we give a perfect score of 5 for the food, service, and atmosphere. The price per person for dinner was around A$180–200.
Sadly the worst meal i have ever had. Awful stale coleslaw and boiled carrots with a tiny piece of pork. 95.00 per head..have to be having you on!!!. NO OTHER FOOD CHOICES ON THE MENU. V expensive and not nice wine. For a birthday treat extremely disappointed. Absolutely could not recommend anything about this restaurant or the resort.
