We were surprised being greeted at the door and having our car moved for us, then you’re constantly looked after the whole evening by an array of lovely staff compliments to Ella and Brendan for their amazing service! The food was incredible and so well thought out with each dish comprising of multiple elements that went so well together. It’s in a gorgeous location with a beautiful look out to enjoy cocktails on the balcony and a telescope to enjoy the moon. Was such an awesome experience, can’t recommend this place highly enough!! We enjoyed their special Valentine's Day set menu, which was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was very soothing, and I adored the decor. The service was top-notch and we were impressed to hear that Amara has earned a chef's hat. Having dined in highly acclaimed restaurants before, we believe that Amara deserves even more recognition and another hat in the future. Overall, we give a perfect score of 5 for the food, service, and atmosphere. The price per person for dinner was around A$180–200.
