Doc Morgan's Marina Pub & Restaurant

We ordered the fish and chips, a signature dish of the restaurant. It was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was very busy as Bowen Island is a popular day trip spot from Vancouver. The service was exceptional, with our server Rebecca providing friendly and efficient service. She appeared to genuinely enjoy her job, making the experience even more enjoyable. Unlike many servers who seem insincere, Rebecca made a sincere effort to provide the best service possible.

The man with a beard who appeared to be middle aged was extremely rude to the staff at the restaurant. His condescending attitude towards the waitresses almost made us consider leaving. He was curt and disrespectful towards every customer, which made the overall dining experience unpleasant. He took charge of seating guests and gave orders in a commanding manner. Despite this, the restaurant is undoubtedly the best on the island. The rest of the staff members are fantastic and the food is always excellent. I am only giving a one star review to bring attention to this issue. I have visited this restaurant many times before and have never seen him there, but his presence made the experience unbearable. Hearing how he spoke to the staff was a major turn off. My heart goes out to everyone working there.

Had a lovely relaxing business lunch at the Doc to day with my business client is located close to the Snug Cove Bowen Island , it is a while since my last visit , it is not too busy at all , only few groups of locals , very spacious and welcome atmosphere and the menu nicely planned , lot to choose from , not expensive for the location , my Shepherd 's pie very delicious and flavourful , also the Calamar crispy not oily , no wonder it is the locals flavor hang out , summer time must busy like a zoo with the out door patio , quality service

We had no idea how great this would be. Servers were fantastic and the chips and cod were so delicious. If you're courageous enough sit at the bar with all the locals.

Had a great cold beer and early dinner here. Perogies are biggg and super tasty! My friend enjoyed her salmon burger (fresh salmon, not a patty) Great atmosphere and vibe.
