I absolutely adored this restaurant! The staff were extremely friendly, the establishment was adorable, and the food was delicious. They are currently offering a winter menu featuring rice bowls and burritos, with approximately half of the options being vegan. I tried the Tofu satay bowl and it was excellent! The location in the port of Bowen Island is also fantastic. View all feedback.
What Carol Chen doesn't like about Branch On Bowen:
I visited Bowen Island during the off-season and found that the food had clearly been reheated multiple times. The meat and beans in my burrito were extremely dry, burnt, and rock hard. Perhaps the quality is better when there is more foot traffic. View all feedback.
The flavors at this restaurant are incredible, and you can clearly taste the high-quality ingredients they use. I ordered the beef burrito and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning to this establishment in the future.
We saved the best for last! We absolutely loved meeting Robin and Branch at their charming ice cream shop and design boutique, Branch People. Former residents of Stanley Manor, they have now made Bowen Island their home. Be sure to check it out!
I am absolutely amazed by the charm of these shops, complemented by the friendly locals, on a delightful island. There's nothing not to love about it.
This restaurant is the perfect first stop for delicious and enjoyable food right off the ferry - just turn right! The staff always greets you with a smile, making it a great beginning to a wonderful visit on Bowen Island.
