What chad cook dislikes about Shell:
The head cashier had a bad attitude and treated me like I was her ex. While others claim the staff is friendly, I didn't experience that. Update: she no longer works here. View all feedback.

Incredible inventory selection for such a small place. Gas and fuel. Incredible friendly service. Top notch in a world I've grown accustomed to expect less
The staff at this restaurant is rude, poorly trained, and exhibits unsanitary behavior, making it seem like some may even be under the influence of drugs. I witnessed one employee picking up cigarette butts outside the entrance and then immediately handling and selling fresh food without washing her hands. Unfortunately, my recent experiences there have consistently been negative, and I've noticed a decline in the quality of this establishment over the past few months. Despite being a loyal customer since its opening, I will no longer be returning.
It seems that those praising this place might be incentivized to do so. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve had multiple extremely unpleasant experiences at this gas station. There’s one employee who appears to be struggling with substance issues and has a terrible attitude. Almost every time I reach the register, she just walks away to do unrelated tasks instead of assisting customers. The overall atmosphere is quite unsettling, and I genuinely dislike going there. I won’t be returning.
I ended up calling the owner—assuming I was given the right number—but he answered and then didn’t say anything else. I recommend checking that you get a similar mileage for each tank because I suspect they are selling 89 octane gas at the price of premium. I always buy premium, so I know what to expect in terms of mileage. It’s disappointing because I’ve noticed fluctuations in mileage before, but this time it was significantly worse—about 100 miles less than usual.
