We chose the buffet menu, which had a wide variety of seafood dishes. The carte is rather limited in choice, but every item that we saw...on other tables looked fresh and delicious. We are looking forward to our next seafood feast.

The undoubted stars are the fresh oysters that are shucked before you- a task that kept the chef very busy as the demand for these...briny delights was high. The service we received was excellent, while the moonlit view over the oyster farms in the L'Etang de Thau was spectacular. Book ahead for a table on the terrace.
