The Conservatory - Bournemouth

I booked a table for two on New Year's Eve through OpenTable on December 30th. However, six hours later, I received a cancellation from the restaurant informing me that they were fully booked. It was frustrating to see tables advertised when they were not actually available. There is definitely room for improvement in the communication between the restaurant and the reservation platform.

We were visiting the area for the weekend with our family, who have a few dietary allergies. I usually spend a lot of time searching for a good place where we won't get sick. Despite arriving late to our reservation (thanks to GPS getting lost), the restaurant was very accommodating. Our table was set up with a high chair for our toddler and extra space for our newborn. The food was fantastic and they had plenty of gluten-free options available.

We had a great experience dining at the Cunarder restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The menu offered a diverse selection of options, and the dinners were beautifully presented and delicious.

The cuisine at this restaurant is excellent - expertly prepared with a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste. The staff is attentive and welcoming, and the dining area is beautifully adorned for the current season and impeccably maintained.

The restaurant has a beautiful decor, with a bright and spacious conservatory section. The service is top-notch and there is live keyboard music played during Christmas dinners.
