AVOID! Waited over an hour for our drinks to be delivered to the table, no apology, no 241 cocktails like written in the menu, food bog standard. No service with a smile. Wouldn’t come back here at all. I’d rather go to a Wetherspoons

To be fair this is a Sports Bar so rowdiness can be expected but this evening saw several stag events at the same time. That would have been tolerable had the staff also been able to host non-stags. My daughter chose this venue for her 21st bday meal as we’ve always had good food and attentive servers in the past . Today we were not greeted , struggled to find someone to escort us to our table, were left and forgotten, we requested table service as the bar was blocked with stags but were told ‘sorry that’s just not possible, we are short-staffed’. It felt like our business was not welcome so we took it elsewhere and are unlikely to return.

Visited here for evening meal before going to the pavilion theatre. Wish we hadn't. A very large pub...... Loud football playing on t.v or loud music. Had a meal, should have sent it back, gammon pineapple over burnt sorry chargrilled Chips triple microwave........ Won't ever go there again.
