I am quite surprised to be writing this review. We typically have a great experience and have ordered from this restaurant many times before. Unfortunately, our most recent order arrived cold. When we called to address the issue, the manager suggested that we should have picked up the food ourselves if we wanted it hot, and then proceeded to dismiss our concerns by saying, "don't tell me how to run my business."
