The staff are friendly and accommodat... read more We enjoy the atmosphere in the Sugar Mill whether eating or just popping in for a drink. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is no long wait for your meal and the food is well presented and hot when it arrives at the table. Staff check regularly to see if you are satisfied with everything. We will continue eating there.

The food was awesome but the only thing preventing a 5 star review is the fact that after initial order and delivery of food we had to hunt down a member of staff to order more drinks and dessert. Still really enjoyed the whole experience but felt the need to point out the lack of follow up table service

Recommend the 8oz gammon steak with chips, cowboy burger, chicken tikka masala. Also the dessert of sherry trifle cheesecake and rocky road sundae. Our party of five thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommended the sugar mill. Can’t wait to visit again.

All meals were enjoyed with no complaints. Table was clean and it was nice to see good condition menus placed on the table. One question please. Can you tell me if it is a corporate decision for staff not to wear a uniform? As a customer, personally I find it a benefit to easily identify members of staff. We had a nice evening thank you.
