What Theo Jerde doesn't like about La Commanderie de Champarey:
quality has fallen...I kept a good memory of the cuisine, tasteful and refined. We went there with family, and without being difficult we were disappointed. the kitchen has become heavy, too creamy as the small aperitive vernia; the nuts of holy jacques on venereal rice are good and well cooked. on the other hand, the few veggies are rather insipid. as to the poached clementine, it is delicate but the ganache around...
