Auberge Au Petit Velan

Not a big place but they do quality, we were there thru the hunting season and the specials came with it or you can have a classic fondue. friendly staff we had a good time the place is not too busy but its great t o book before for specials

We arrived late but the staff squeezed us in to get a meal just before 9pm. The staff were friendly and a terrific little kid was helping out with the service. There was not a wide choice of food and it was expensive-then Switzerland is not cheap.The beds were too small and uncomfortable and should be replaced with proper beds.The breakfast was excellent and kept us going well into the day.I would be worthwhile having a few brochures showing the nearby walking routes especially that of adjacent Col San Bernardo.

El restaurante esta en la parte baja del albergue, decorado acorde a la zona en la que esta. Pedimos para cenar una ración con embutidos de la zona, muy ricos, y también cenamos un apetitosa fondue de queso con champiñones. También tienen una interesante carta de creps.El precio bastante ajustado. El ambiente era muy montañero, y la mayoría que estaban cenando estaban alojados en el propio albergue.
