What Luke Watkins doesn't like about L'alpage:
The actual rooms and facilities are nice. Has a very nice sauna and comfortable beds. However, the service is abysmal. They only provide 2 dressing gowns for the spa per chalet (despite having paid for 7 adults) and any extras are 9 euros to hire. They have the thinnest pillows in the world and they are not prepared to give you any spares. They also charge you 50 euros to use the safe for a week. The room was not cle... View all feedback.
Well maintained residence, easy access. Spacious indoor parking. Beautiful indoor pool, also offers other services, breads and pastries, etc., in the morning Sauna, etc... Good situation regarding ski slopes and shops.
Well equipped and comfortable apartment. A lot of dishes available and everything you need in terms of household appliances (just used the raclette device). Very kind and efficient staff! There was no toaster in the apartment, and they brought one in the day. A little frustrating: there was only one bag in the trash, and no replacement. It was necessary to go to buy (according to the host staff) when 2 or 3 spares would have prevented us from going to the supermarket. Same for toilet paper. If we had known him in advance, we would have taken them with us. Other info: the local SPAR (superette) delivers free of charge to the residence.
Nice establishment, ski access, very professional reception staff and listening. Only flat, no indication on the tracks to come back, a galery on the first day only
Quality service and impeccable rooms/locations.
Good stay. Well-equipped accommodation and a 5-minute walk from the centre of the station and activities.
