What Fabrice BALDINI doesn't like about Foulo Guanbin:
A little disappointed, compared to notes and other comments. Soups are good. The kidneys look like liver, the sauce was good. The lacquered pork was dry and the uninterested sauce was too salty. The noodles are basic. The dishes were warm (damage for cooking on a plate supposed to be very hot). The portions are generous. The dessert was very good. In short it's average for 22€ per person.
