Ihop - Bourbonnais

Fast and friendly service. Good food. I miss having the coffee pot left on your table. Also, even though spoons are the less used utensil, they should always be included in the silverware packs.

Anytime I come here I never have a problem. The one time I try to preorder(prepaid as well) pulled up and the door was chained from the outside… called no answer called corporate for a refund, called ihop to ask how long a refund would take 2-5 days was told… over a week later and still no refund… I knew it was bad here but cmon

I walked over from Phillips RV excited to have breakfast. Grossly, Disgusting back door wide open, it's filthy from the view of the parking lot. Went inside, Stunk of grease bad, Flies everywhere! Where's the health department in Bourbonnais? I have been in a lot of ihops and this one is far worse than any of them and it's no wonder they had no guests in there! They can blame it on covid all they want, They need to clean up this nasty restaurant! I mean nasty! I ordered a cup of coffee Then told young server I couldn't stay there due to smell of grease and she was extremely rude! Walked out saying I'm sorry I can't eat here this is nasty! Someone needs to get corporate in this store to check out how filthy it is before you get somebody sick! Be warned I would never go here ever

My mom and I went at 1:30pm on a Sunday and had no problem getting seated even asked us if we wanted a booth or table and I hate tables so that was extra nice, no problems with order or being checked on (checked on at least 3x). The food was delicious and they had no problem working around my vegetarian order. I had the cinna stack and side of eggs and hash browns (I was hungry). Thanks for the good service and food. Keep up the good work!

Our server was pretty laid back, he might have even been stoned. The Belgium waffle was good and my eggs were cooked perfect. Should bring back the free refills on the iced coffee. The anti gun sign on the front of the building makes me not want to go back though, if you don't support the 2nd ammendment I tend to stop supporting your business.
