Couldn't make my mind up. I'm not a Starbucks guy. Staff was helpful with making up my mind. Got the decaf latte, it was late. They're were quite friendly and not rude to us seeing that we stayed after close too. View all feedback.

This has nothing to do with the location. They are all great here. Staff was friendly and welcoming! It's the fact that Starbucks refuses to listen to there customers! They need to change out the refreshers already! Why is it they rotate out the coffee menu? But not the refreshers? Bring back the Lime. Bring back the orange. Bring back the Hibiscus! Made an online order to pick up in store cause their drive thru is always slow. Arrived and they had closed the lobby for short staff and forcing everyone through the drive thru. I can understand not taking orders inside but why can't I pick my hot coffee up inside in a timely faction? Instead it took almost 20 min in the drive thru and it was cold by the time I got it. Since I ordered ahead it was already paid for, which is the only reason I waited.
This Starbucks location is never slipping on the lively customer service. They are always so pleasant and definitely helpful with my coffee ignorance. ?Keep up the good work.
What differs for a chain restaurant is the staff. This starbucks has a good one.
I go to this Starbucks often and have for years. It has gone downhill over the last year. No greetings and no thank you’s. It has lost all of its personal touches. I am very disappointed every time. I order ahead, and always say thank you when I pick it up and no one replies.
I used to love coming here. They don't even make drinks the way they're supposed to come anymore. Such a waste of money.
