Kfc - Bountiful

I am disappointed. I usually love this place. Tonight I got my food, got home and opened the box to find fries that I imagined were the last in the bin, most of them were hard and somewhat stale. Then I moved on to my chicken and it was dry too. I understand when it gets later in the night you don't want to cook more food but I also don't want to pay for dry, stale food.

Chicken is Chicken right? They couldn't break a $50 bill. No signs posted either. Pretty lame.

Drive thru experience left a lot for wanting… tried to order 12 piece chicken tenders, got told what sides I would be getting, and had to argue to change a side, then got home to find a bucket of chicken on the bone. Also, the fries I had to fight for were probably cooked several hours prior… not very warm, and chewy like jerky… chicken was also over cooked and dry, and somehow the biscuits were doughy… top it all off with an exploded butter packet in the bag making everything greasy… won’t be r … – show

Good service. Only fair food. Way too much mayo on the chicken sandwich and the size was small.

They constantly get your order wrong or are out of chicken. Today they forgot the gravy for the mashed potatoes and gravy and when we opened the potatoes there was Mac and cheese in the potatoes. Go anywhere else for your food.
