I placed an online order. An hour after I placed it, the online portal said it was delivered, but there was no food. The worker I spoke with said they had no way to contact the driver, so they needed to wait for him to return before they could find out what happened. The delivery was definitely not as “Freaky Fast” as advertised! I waited 35 minutes after my sandwiches were marked as “out for delivery,” and I live just 5 minutes away. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
The restaurant serves food, but it felt like the kids were overly excited. There was no tea available in the dispenser. Overall, it's not a place I would visit frequently.
The next time I tried ordering delivery, I couldn't help but chuckle at their "freaky fast" slogan. I waited over an hour and still hadn’t received my order. When I called to check on it, they told me it had just gone out, but their delivery volume was too high. I was puzzled how they could confirm my order was on its way when they hadn’t even asked about it. After that, it took another 45 minutes for my food to arrive. In total, I waited almost two hours for food that I would have just gone to pick up if I’d known it would take this long. They don’t provide an estimated delivery time when you order, probably because they’re supposed to be “freaky fast.” If they can’t keep up with demand, they should at least offer an estimated delivery timeframe in their app. Honestly, I don’t think demand is the real issue; every time I visit this location, the young staff seems lost and slow.
