What Phil E likes about El Matador:
We do love El Matador and it's definitely in the upper tiers of Mexican fare in Utah. I can't give 5 stars because I've been to some amazing restaurants out of State (New Mexico in particular) that simply are in a class of their own. Always top quality delicious food, and friendly service. We drive down from Ogden to eat at the Bountiful El Matador.
