While I was outside checking out the menu, the manager came out and invited me inside, and that won me over! Great customer service really makes a difference! Plus, the food was delicious and healthy—definitely a win!

When I walked in, the place was quite busy, with many people waiting in line to order or collect their meals. However, the manager who assisted me handled the situation exceptionally well. She reached out to HungryBuffs to retrieve my order and even upgraded my protein shake without hesitation—all done swiftly, despite the crowd. The chicken chili and Boulder Green Tea shake were both fantastic. The staff at Protein Bar are incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond my expectations. It's refreshing to know there’s a place that genuinely cares for its customers and their dietary needs. You all are amazing!
