This place offers some of the best natural food in the world. I went on three world-wide vegan tours and let me tell you that this place competes with the best of the best. Not only the food is the second to none, perhaps tied with few, but the team that the owner built around him seems just like so big people. The type of people who understand that the energy of cooking to create food is almost as important as the i... View all feedback.

The flax chips and nacho cheese were amazing. The zen smoothie was just right—not too sweet. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and the staff is wonderful.
Thank you for allowing me to perform fire spinning here! You all are amazing! If you're in Brooklyn, be sure to visit @HouseofYes in Bushwick. Sending peace, love, and light!

Stopped by for lunch while in town. I had the Bacun Burger and hubs had the large nacho. Both were very flavorful
Here's why Thrive is the best vegan restaurant in the U.S. 1. It is all vegan 2. It is all organic 3. It is all raw 4. It is tasty, fresh, and healthy! No junk-food vegan food here! It has a laid-back vibe. The only con: 1. I wish it was bigger and that more people supported it.
Excellent food. This is a raw restaurant with a hippie vibe. The menu is broad. I had the pad Thai with zucchini noodles. I loved it. My husband had the BLT wrap. It was tasty. The wrap was their own flax wrap. The bacon was from coconut. I also had the miso soup with ginger, horseradish and cilantro. Very nice. There had a variety of homemade chocolates as well. When I’m boulder we will definitely go back.
..visited 3 times.. love their approach to food to nutrition to interconnection_ loved the bacun burger!!
Thrive is probably the best cafe in North America. It certainly has no equal for raw, vegan, organic fare. Everything is prepared with care and devotion. They have the best salads, wraps, and smoothies. Raw versions of classics such as pizza or cheesecake taste amazingly good, sometimes better than cooked version. I feel energized from a Thrive meal.

Thrive is incredible! So much love is crafted into their food. The owner, Cory, is authentic, down to earth and truly cares about nourishing his community. Definitely my go to place when I'm in Boulder. Thank you, Thrive!
Your green Gaia smoothie is the best! The most beautiful emerald color and packed with goodness. Wonderful flavor and tasty without being too sweet. Love the people there, the crystals, and the food.
Loved the Nori Wrap and the Zing! The people were very friendly and fast. The music was a bit too loud to ask questions and the daily menu board was very hard to read. We were there for the vegan food so we were ultimately pleased with our experience!
Had the yacon burger from the specialty menu and it was delicious!! I Highly recommend it to anyone vegan or not!

I went here solo during my lunch break and ordered the Kale Cesar w/ tempeh. First time customer and I really wanted to like this place. My bill for the salad after tax and tip was just over $27. I did not order a drink or sides. Pretty crazy…that’s the cost you would expect for a fresh caught seafood salad. There was no indoor seating so I sat outside in the heat for 33 minutes before my salad was brought out to me. I wasn’t given an update or offered water or anything. I had to eat fast and only had time to eat half the salad before I had to rush back to the office since I waited so much longer than expected. Luckily they did package the salad in a to-go container. I was impressed by the generous amount of avocado in the salad and enjoyed the miso flavor in the tempeh. Service was friendly and personable but very slow and kind of in their own world. I would like to give this place another chance.
Hands down one of the BEST, if not the BEST organic locally sourced healthy food restaurants in Colorado, let alone Boulder!
Thrive is one cool spot! We enjoyed the coconut wrap! It is amazing that the food is organic vegan. The vibe inside of the restaurant is wonderful. We had a blast pulling tarot cards enjoying the art and crystals while we waited for our order. The outdoor seating area has incredible mountain views the staff are so friendly and welcoming!
This is my absolute favorite spot in Boulder. The vibes are immaculate each and every time I visit this spot. My favorite smoothie is the natural high smoothie with banana and cacao. It is so delicious. The employees are the best part about this spot because they are so down to Earth and are always open to conversation.
I really was hopeful to like this place, but did not. For the price, the sandwich was tiny and the nut bread was a disgusting, strange choice with the peanuts. It was also very bland. So, for 27 dollars, it’s not worth the trouble. Also the staff was not very friendly and drink had no ice. Then again boulder’s food scene isn’t the best, but there are better vegan restaurants out there.

When Vegan, who lived in Boulder for 4 years, I was impressed every time I was here. Cory and his employees are absolutely phenomenal and offer not only great food, but incredible service.
We had Avocado on toast and Bruschetta and they were both delicious! We also had two smoothies and they were also tasty! We highly recommend Thrive and it’s laid back vibe.
