Finally we managed to get a table and it was absolutely worth waiting. While it is expensive, we were in michelin stars before and honestly said this was there with the best. from the fully open kitchen to the employees who served the curses they put together to the delicious food. melt in their mouth sourded brot, delicious seafood and the last meat course that was a taste experience. so proud to say that we have this on our door.

I can't find anything to criticize about the food or service. It is a bit pricey for what it offers, but you only live once. Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 4.

Mana offers a stunning dining experience with its beautiful, modern interior, featuring clean lines, open-plan design, and well-spaced tables. The open kitchen adds a touch of theater to the meal, enhancing the overall ambiance. Our journey began in the lounge with cocktails and two amuse-bouches, both of which were exquisite. We then moved to the kitchen area for a third amuse-bouche, providing an intimate glimpse of the culinary action, before being seated at our table for the main courses.cocktails was good, the house take on the negroni unfortunately was disappointing and had to ask for a swap. The poached oyster with frozen horseradish was a standout dish—perfectly cooked with an incredible sauce that elevated the flavors. The custard with white asparagus and charred broccoli was enjoyable, though not as memorable. The cod with mussels was exceptional—beautifully cooked with a translucent texture and complemented by the mussels in a harmonious balance of flavors. The hogget was another highlight, served with a Danish pastry and caramelized onion butter that added depth and richness to the dish. Dessert, while very pleasant, didn’t quite reach the high standard set by the earlier courses. Nonetheless, it rounded off the meal nicely. Mana delivers a thoughtful and immersive dining experience that is deserving of its Michelin star. The attention to detail and creativity in the dishes make it a must-visit for food enthusiasts.
