We have three as a family, as a vegetarian I was not well received, I asked not to have the meat and it was not appreciated. In addition, my dad's trout was much overcooked, on the verge of being fried. My mom's Roquefort mussels, the sauce was gelatinous, the mussels tasteless. The floury fries. And the service was not nice either, no smile, no asking if we ate well. I don't really recommend if you are visiting Bouillon. We were warmly welcomed. The service is professional and the staff was friendly. We went there as a family of 4. Moreover, the atmosphere was family. We ate very well, it was very filling! We complimented the chef. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity.
