This place is a sweat and they use false advertising they claim to be open 24 hours a day, and yet doors are locked between 11 clock and 5 clocks only fuel absolute sweat they need to act there together

On Sunday 5th September 2021 I visited the BP Station Thanet Way in the evening and was greeted by the most delightful pair of ladies behind the counter wonderful service, professionalism as well as a smile, could not fault them. Fabulous customer service from Angela and Rita. Will visit again!

I am a lorry driver. I paused for 45 minutes. Today on 02/05/2020 at 20:30 I was not allowed to use the toilet. Total shock for me. Why is key worker treated like this ??? I stayed here last time. I do not recommend.

Can you please put a sign up at the AdBlue pump for car drivers that they need an adaptor. Sat there for 10 minutes trickle feeding my car holding a lorry driver up only to be told when i paid that there is an adaptor needed for car drivers to use pump properly.

I put a review up a couple of weeks ago about the toilets being closed their open now well only the disabled for us women to use well OMG the state of them is disgusting their isnt even a cleaning rota up to say when it was last cleaned. These toilets used to be clean that's why I always use this as a pit stop due to being a women lorry driver. Unhygienic is a understatement shouldnt the staff be making regular checks and regular cleaning .
