Our three year old daughter was desperate to go to toilet, but when we asked for help she just said no, not allowed due to covid which is obviously a lie. When asked if there were any other toilets nearby, she couldn 't even look us in the eye and simply shrugged her shoulders. We would have happily bought something or paid for the toilet, but they were just incredibly rude and uncaring.

So I decided to order a coffee... read more Just zero in terms of reception!!!!! my wife expressly had to go to the toilet, she was ready to pay but she was just refused….. So I decided to order a coffee in order to logically have access to it but when this charming waitress who said she was the boss understood the reasons for my order of coffee she suddenly decided that she would not serve me not my coffee either while being incredibly aggressive. I certainly don't have any advice to give you, Madam, in view of the lack of interest shown to customers, well perhaps all the same... Changing careers will certainly benefit you and not only you but also future clients as well as your boss because I doubt that you can be the boss yourself.
