The owner was ext... read more We had the pleasure of dining at this food truck during our visit to Critz Farms, and we were truly impressed by the fresh and delicious food! The owner was extremely friendly, and our order was prepared in no time. Staying true to its name, Gourmet Steak and Seafood definitely exceeded our expectations. The crab cakes and lobster roll were exceptional, featuring real meat and rich flavors. We also sampled the "Mac Daddy," a steak topped with mac and cheese and cheese sauce on a hoagie roll, and it was fantastic. The hoagie roll was incredibly fresh, making the entire sandwich a winner! Each sandwich came with chips and French onion dip, which added to the overall deliciousness of the meal. Although the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality of the food makes it well worth it. I can't wait to return to this food truck to try more of their fantastic offerings!

I asked for the sriracha sauce on the side since I prefer milder flavors, and just a small amount was enough for me—it worked out fine. My only issue was that the sandwich was so large that I couldn’t finish it!
