Vinnie Gambini's - Boucherville

We ate at Vinnies a week ago. The restaurant is beautifully furnished inside and our waitress was absolutely wonderful. Then we ordered the food. Outside of the appetizers our main dishes were under par to be nice with strange flavor. I would not recommend this place for Italian.

Oh well. I was not paying for it but the salad was not worth its price. Dry chicken chip on top of it. Maybe something else next time but definitely not the next restaurant I will go to.

This is a beautiful place, lovely decorated. The food was excellent and always is when I go. The service was also very good. We will definitely go back very soon!

Sounds like a bad joke but there it is. We went to this restaurant for a late lunch last Sunday and although the food was edible, it wasn't the greatest either. Having said that, we may have gone back on our next visit to the area, if not for the fly found floating amongst the ice cubes in the drink that I had gotten 3/4's of the way through. As if that was not bad enough, I called the waitress over and told her about the fly and she simply looked and took the glass away with no apology and no real acknowledgement which leads me to believe that this has happened before. A different waiter came over with a replacement glass of pop which I never asked for (nor wanted especially after the last drink) and initially I was thinking that it might be a manager coming to apologize and make amends but nope - he just put the glass in front of me and left. I didn't bother to complain further because I just wanted to get the heck out of there. If you are thinking of eating here, To any potential diners: I'm sure you can find plenty of restaurants in the area with better service and average food that don't serve insects and should the owner or manager visit this site to read these reviews, I heartily suggest that your staff need a crash course in common courtesy and manners when it comes to situations like this. Additionally, you may want to look at dusting the leaves on the fake tree in the restaurant, there is considerable dust hanging off of what looks to be spider webs on the leaves. I imagine that if that is not addressed, your customers will have even more than flies to complain about.

Excdellent, all the family enjoyed the service il also very good the setting is nice the menu changes regularly dersserts are perfect
