What User doesn't like about RESTAURANT CASA LUX:
Let me start off with saying that it took like twenty minutes to get a menu. I've traveled a lot in Romania and know that most restaurants there have slower service and are very different from American restaurants, but seriously, twenty minutes for a menu.
