Extremely poor service , food came out staggered (meals for 3) over the course of 1.5 hrs. Front desk staff was overwhelmed and disorganized, staff was inattentive until we literally got up and asked to get our check so we could leave (food still wasn’t all there).
We moved up and it was quite empty at 18 o'clock. we were able to smell the miracles when we approached the doors. the restaurant filled quickly after sitting. we ordered several dishes and each one had fantastic aromas. perfectly cooked. we would order everything again. our plan is to go frequently and explore new things that are aromen they prepare so well.
When I first came, I was inexpressible. I ordered a mixed meal per the suggestion of the server (as my main dish,) and it was quite literally steamed vegetables and rice. I went back to work and was happy surprised with my meal! I have the veggie thai curry and it was absolutely delicious. I liked to give this place a second try – I go back.
When I first visited, I was at a loss for words. I ordered a mixed sweet dish based on the server's recommendation, but to my surprise, it turned out to be nothing more than steamed vegetables and rice. After returning to work, I decided to give this restaurant another chance. I tried the veggie Thai curry, and it was absolutely delicious! I'm glad I decided to come back and give this place a second try.
We celebrated our anniversary there, and the food and service were incredible!
Diners have shared contrasting experiences at this Indo-Chinese eatery known for its flavorful dishes. While some patrons relished the vibrant flavors and attentive service, others encountered significant service delays and food inconsistencies. Reservations often seem unreliable, with some guests arriving only to find no record of their booking. Many noted that certain dishes lacked flavor and freshness, with complaints about cold food and the quality of ingredients. However, the restaurant's ambiance and variety of vegetarian options were praised, positioning it as a popular halal dining choice amidst the eclectic food scene in Seattle.

Good food. NO staff. Only 1 server for the whole restaurant. Couldn’t cope with a busy weekday evening huge wait time for food, incorrect checks, incorrect orders, frustrated staff and the list goes on. Everyone around was just waiting for someone to take their order or just bring them some food.Destroyed the whole experience. Disappointed. They need to hire more wait staff.
Recent Review:We had an interesting experience. The last time we visited, which was last weekend, they implemented a segregation policy, separating Indians and non-Indians. I am not sure why!? While the food was undeniably fantastic, it was disheartening to witness such division within our own community. Old Review: I love this place for indo chinese food!
As for the food, it was below average. The noodles were overcooked and mushy, with not a single long strand in sight. The crispy honey chicken was stale and inedible. To top it all off, there was a spider web hanging right above my head. I'm not one to complain lightly, but I truly felt the need to speak with the manager after this experience, though I ultimately didn't. I won’t be returning, and if possible, I would like a refund of my $77.
Let's start with the tacos. We ordered paneer tacos, but they were not tasty at all—way too much vinegar, in my opinion. As for the paratha, it was obviously frozen; we can easily make that at home. The momos, however, were really good, and we enjoyed those. Regarding the service, I usually refrain from commenting on it because I understand how challenging it can be. However, I was quite disappointed this time. We ordered orange juice for my niece when we first arrived, but we had to keep asking about it, and we only received it after we were almost finished with our main courses. Additionally, there was no one to refill our water, and we had to ask several times for that as well. I feel sorry for the staff, as they may be understaffed. I truly hope they can improve these issues in the future.
Went today for lunch. Ordered Masala Lemonade, which didn't come till we were ready for the check. Ordered Dam Aloo Vegitable, which had so many preservatives in it. The server confirmed that they don't cook Indian vegetable dishes here, and they are frozen and shipped from India. It was such a horrible experience.Food: 1/5

This restaurant is my first experience with trying Indo-Chinese food so I didn’t know what to expect. Generally I’m not a fan of Pan Asian cuisine but I’m pleasantly surprised. The dishes are flavorful and different except some were a bit too salty for my liking. I’ve tried the Kashmiri lamb curry and chicken butter masala. Both were rich and creamy but I would’ve preferred less sodium. The Mongolian Beef is also a popular choice. It’s sweet and on the crunchy side. I wish the entrees came with the basmati rice but it comes in white or brown rice only unless you order the jeera rice which is basmati rice with cumin butter for $8. The interior is really nice but they’re only allowing dine-in for one section of the restaurant. The bar area seems to be closed since the pandemic but there are tables that accommodate large families on the left side and tables/booths for smaller groups. Looking back at the older photos that were uploaded, it used to have a more extensive menu but they’ve condensed it down to 2 pages with a limited selection. I was disappointed they didn’t have any specialty drinks other than soft drinks. Food is on the pricier end. Service was okay, food came out in a reasonable time but they don’t really check up on you. I had to flag them down for water and service. I would’ve given this restaurant a 3.5 but because the food was better than I had expected, I’m going to give it 4 stars.
This is one of the best halal dining options in Seattle, consistently offering delicious Chinese food that caters to desi palates. Be sure to try the street-side chow mein, Chicken 65, and garlic butter prawns! Highly recommended!
The food was quite delightful, especially when compared to other pan-Asian restaurants in the area. The service, however, could use some improvement, as it appeared there was a staffing shortage. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic, creating a wonderful atmosphere for family and friends.
Friendly and above average service. Each dish was divine, filling, and with the right size for the whole meal. The service provided by Snezana made my evening unforgettable.
We visited this restaurant for lunch, and the welcome we received was exceptional! The food was absolutely delicious, far superior to the Bellevue location, where the dishes seem hurried. The attention to detail here is outstanding; the paneer Manchurian and Hakka noodles were amazing! The garlic burnt fried rice and paneer butter masala were equally delightful. It truly took me back home! This is definitely a must-visit spot for anyone craving Indian cuisine!

We arrived at the restaurant around 6 PM, and it was relatively empty at that time. However, as we approached the entrance, we could already smell the amazing aromas wafting from inside. The place filled up quickly after we were seated. We ordered several dishes, and each one was bursting with fantastic flavors and cooked to perfection. We would gladly order everything again! Our plan is to visit frequently and try new items to fully explore the wonderful flavors they offer so well.
The first time I visited, I wasn’t very impressed. I followed the server’s recommendation and ordered a mixed vegetable dish as my main, but it ended up being just steamed vegetables and rice. However, I gave it another shot during a work lunch and was pleasantly surprised! I tried the veggie Thai curry, and it was absolutely delicious. I'm glad I gave this place a second chance—I’ll definitely be returning.
I waited about 10 minutes at the entrance before anyone came to seat me, and the drinks also took some time to arrive. However, the food and drinks were so delicious that they more than made up for the wait!
The food at Inchin Bamboo Garden Bothell is tasty, but it feels a bit overpriced. The service was average, and my server lacked attentiveness.

Last week I got a chance to visit Inchin's Bamboo Garden. I called them beforehand hoping for a reservation, but they said it's walk in. Once there, we were told to wait for 10 mins before we got a table. We ordered Veg Hakka noodles, Kung Pao potatoes,Paneer Manchurian, Garlic pepper chicken and Chicken 65 Fried Rice. We got 3 free sides of white rice as well. The best wasPaneer Manchurian. Chicken 65 seemed to be overdone with spices. Overall good food, must try. Also, it is halal (as confirmed onphone). The ambience was great and staff was very nice. I paid around $112 for the whole meal which also included 21% servicecharge (charge added automatically for a company of 5 or more people). I would definitely recommend that you should try it atleast once.
Very friendly staff and great service. Lot of vegetarian and vegan options which is good. We ordered paneer tacos and it was delicious. Not a big fan of vegetarian Momos. Taste not worth the bucks. Spring rolls were okay; a little too fried for us. Weliked the ambience and overall it's good.
Wow ,it was great, place clean inside and out ,host and server are clean cut . They are freindly, . Best think is food was great,I had spicy tender lamb with rice and bread. Sorry I dont recall name or menu number.
