I cant believe that you didn’t give me a baja blast because you couldn’t make any more. that’s literally what you are known for. i will be coming in there and tussling with any of the bridge trolls that refused to make my nummy drink?

Their freeze machine was out of order, they didn't have ice for drinks, I ordered my food with no tomato and they put tomatoes on it and when we got to the window, they opened it, handed us the bag and closed the window and walked away without saying a word to us about anything. We had to knock on the window and ask for sauce, straws and napkins which were basically thrown at us. So, I definitely won't be going back to that location and I hope anyone that does go to this one has a better experience than we did.

Well when I first arrived my cashier Debra M seemed a the little upset at me for asking a question about the menu apparently that's not how they roll in Lynnwood she then proceeded to take her attitude to the next level and not only charged me for certain items on my receipt but not give them to me either. But I guess its ok, it would have been nice had they answered the phone so I can get my money back for what I was not given. But then again I guess not everybody can wake up on the right side of the shell.

Unfortunately drive thru is almost always slow which sucks but pretty sure it has to do with not enough staff..

I went through the drive-through and I ordered one item specifically with no sour cream, and when I got to the bottom of my food, I had nothing but sour cream. I called the establishment and they were like “oh well you should’ve checked your food before you left the drive-through, there’s nothing we can do”, I have been a loyal Taco Bell goer for years. I will never visit this establishment again avoid unless you want to take time to unwrap your food and check it yourself. On top of that I ordered a water to drink and the guy at the drive-through window looked at me like I had asked for a sangria like oh my God how dare you have the audacity to order a water extremely unprofessional all around
