From refusing to honor the $5 coupon that comes with downloading the app to sandwiches usually being served with cold bread, it 's been grim for some time. I keep going back because they hit about 50/50, and it 's tasty when it 's done right. But today, I ordered a chicken cheesesteak to go, and the kid who served it up put it in an open basket. I asked for a to-go container, and he glared at me like he wanted to attack me. After asking again, he THREW a container at me, and put his hands up in a come at me bro manner, still glaring at me. I dumped the sandwich in the to go container, and got out of there. It 's no longer an issue of poor quality. I don 't feel safe buying food here any more. I hope this atmosphere doesn 't spread to the rest of the food court.

I came here on my lunch break for a bite and ordered a chicken philly with no mushrooms (I'm allergic) and no tomato. I also paid for a side of ranch. Upon receiving my order, i had no ranch AND my sandwich had both mushrooms and tomatoes on it. I couldn't eat it and since I had to go back to work, I couldn't go back to get it replaced. Wanted to like this place. Dietary restrictions: They will NOT follow any restrictions you have

It's not a Philly Cheesesteak if it's not on a fresh baked Italian roll. Not to mention it's way over priced. It's a badtardazation of a Philadelphia staple. Don't call it a Philly Cheesesteak just call it a steak sandwich with cheeses on a trash baguette. There's a reason they're only in mall food courts. Keep it pushin with that commercialized trash. ?
