Reviews - The Bleacher
Reviews summary
Bleacher Bar offers a vibrant atmosphere for sports enthusiasts, with stunning views of Fenway Park. While many guests rave about the nostalgic charm, quick service, and tasty menu options—like the renowned Bleacher Burger and memorable appetizers—others report significant service delays and disappointing food quality. Long waits for both drinks and meals are common, leading some patrons to leave without ever being served. Although the ambiance makes it a tempting destination, those seeking a seamless dining experience may find the service inconsistent. Ultimately, Bleacher Bar’s charm may not compensate for its operational shortcomings.

Bleacher Bar is hands-down one of the best spots to hit on game day. I'm jumping straight to the highlight — the view into the field is absolutely surreal. It gives you a unique, field-level perspective that's hard to beat. (Just a heads-up: they do close the view once the game starts though. Aside from the views, it’s an awesome place to grab drinks before or after the game. It's always pretty busy but reasonably so. The food's always solid, comes out fast, and the service has consistently been great whenever I've been. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Stopped here for a late lunch with the family before a night game. We got lucky with timing as we literally walked in to an open table by the outfield fence. Super cool atmosphere. Food and service were great! 10/10 recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went there because it says it has a garage door window to look onto Fenway Park. And it does. Only it's so dirty you could not see the field especially with the sun hitting it. Turns out it is a Buffalo Bills bar as well. Good place to eat if your lookingto do the Fenway tour as well.
Fun place to eat before a Red Sox game! The closer you arrive to first pitch, the harder it is to get a table AND get service to that table. So go early!!! Loved the view of the field! We didn't get a viewing table, but we could walk by it and watch battingpractice. It was pretty spectacular!
Such a cool spot!! The field level view is amazing. The clam chowder was delicious! And the french dip was also. The hard cider was probably the best I've had. Worth a visit!
Was a really big fan of Bleacher Bar it’s a great spot with nice atmosphere, definitely my favorite spot on Fenway. A downside on a recent visit was the food the food was always a plus point particularly the chicken tenders. Unfortunately, onmy last visit I ordered the tenders and was presented with some cheap frozen things and was charged $15 for something thatwouldn’t look out of place in McDonald’s (picture 1). This was extremely disappointing compared to previous experiences inwhich the food and tenders were of a high quality (picture 2).

As a baseball fan (though not a Red Sox supporter), I loved the setup here! While vacationing, my family went to see the Bosox and decided to try a different sports bar before the game, then we discovered Bleacher Bar. We sat outside, soaking in the lively atmosphere and energy on Lansdowne Street before the game. The place was buzzing—people everywhere, vendors selling sausages, friends hanging out—it was a ton of fun. The beer was ice-cold, and the food was exactly what you want at a sports bar: appetizers, burgers, nachos, and more. The menu had plenty of choices, and the service was surprisingly quick despite the busy crowd. Inside the restaurant, there’s a fantastic view into the stadium, making it the perfect spot for a fun early evening before the game!
The Bleacher boasts one of the coolest locations in all of Boston, set right within Fenway Park. The only downside is that there’s no table service; you’ll need to head to the bar for drinks and find your own seat whenever you'd like. The menu offers some great options to enjoy while soaking in the atmosphere.
The Bleacher is an exceptional restaurant, featuring seats that provide a direct view of Fenway’s outfield, and it’s uniquely situated within the Green Monster. The food was outstanding, the beer was perfectly chilled, and the view was incredible. We went before a Red Sox game and had the pleasure of watching some players warm up in the outfield while enjoying our meal. I definitely suggest arriving early, as it gets busy fast. Be sure to check out their menu!
You've probably seen reviews for The Bleacher Bar, so I'll keep it brief: just visit. The service is excellent, and the view of Fenway Park is amazing, as you might expect. It's the best bar near Fenway. Enjoy!
This is an excellent spot. If you're looking to check out the stadium and enjoy a drink, this is the place to be. Located within the bleachers, it features a garage-style doorway that opens up to center field. Three tables are positioned right in front of this doorway, offering a fantastic view of the field. If you need to use the restroom during the game, no worries—you can still catch the action thanks to a window installed above the urinals. Keep in mind, if you visit on a game day, there's a one-hour time limit, and you must purchase drinks; guests seated at the three tables near the door are required to buy both food and beverages. Definitely worth a stop for a drink and a look around.

Only come for drinks so o can not comment on food, but this is a must to go when your fenway fan. There is no view of the bar.
Experience was just that, an experience. Reserve through an open table and receive confirmation email and memory email. Released in the bleaching bar at reserved time, and no reservation was recommended, they are not on open table. We had no reservations. 20 minutes between placement and confirmation. First beer at 30 minutes. Pretzel App was good. Ordered food and waited to deliver the next hour without food. The waitress was not helpful, the kitchen was secured, “not my problem”. After 1.5 hours left, never saw food. The waitress was not at all sympathetic and tortured bill on table and left. For the first time in 30 years, I left a minimal tip. Place was very busy and problems can happen. However, the whole operation was running badly, with several tables that came to us, getting their orders. I won't return. Opentable should get their act together and not have a restaurant on site that is not involved in their reservation system. When we left the bleaching bar, the only option for dinner was a food trolley.

Unique in stadium, outside the stadium. excellent service. interesting menu. beautiful view of the field and astroturf of the fenway park.
This is a great place to get out of city dwellers (aka me)! For my first visit to Boston, everyone told me I had to go to Fenway and see a game, but...
We thought here was a nostalgic atmosphere and good food. The experience was not disappointed. All we had was good and the hype was worth the stop. Must be a bouncy when it is playing day!
This location is super unique and fun for a tourist like us! We visited Fenway for a concert and wanted a look at the field on the...
