Nipped is for chicken and chips whilst parked at the leisure center around the corner. Happy service and fast. Standard chicken and chips also veggie burger and kids nuggets meal at a reasonable price. Good taste, clean shop no complaints. OK I'm guessing if this is your only chippy within 15 miles you may like it due to lack in f choice, we drove from Skegness as we were staying local and always prefer to shop local.. Mistake! Busy with customers but awful food We had a sausage in batter rock hard Burnt batter and the sausage just a paste inside, now I'm not not expecting free range organic but it should have a bit of a bite to it at least and no resemble a cheap pate We held out for the cod and chips, chips were ok cod although cooked to order was thin and tasteless and this rock hard armour batter.. Not burnt like the sausage but really the owners need to go and try proper fish and chips as they have completely missed the idea, such a shame we should have eaten at Skegness after all.. Owners get yourself to a cash and carry and buy proper chip shop batter or use a good recipe please... Won't be back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited this after arriving at nearby Lakeview lodges, walked here with the dog and had some of the best chips I've had in ages, crispy with fluffy middles, mini fish was lightly battered and crispy not oily, cooked to order so had a 5min wait, I had a pie, not my usual Pukka but nice , generous portions fair price .
