Despite its well-known brand name, this KFC branch appears to be struggling with food quality, safety, and customer service. Diners have reported hard, inedible hot wings and missing items from delivery orders, raising concerns over consistent fulfillment. While the restaurant is small, it does offer a welcoming atmosphere and a 15% discount for LGBTQ customers, promoting inclusivity. However, numerous diners lament the decline in standards since before the lockdown, leading to a hesitancy to return. It seems that while the fast-food chain may attract patrons, many leave disappointed and questioning their experience.

The service was four stars, and the hygiene was also four stars. However, I ate there a few days ago and now I have food poisoning. I won't be returning.
The food itself was decent, but there were significant hygiene issues that need addressing. As a customer, I have certain expectations, like a clean table and well-maintained trays since I'm eating from them. Unfortunately, this aspect fell short during my visit.
The food is always freshly prepared. You can order online and check in upon arrival for extremely quick service.
