Quite simply breakfast and service at it's best! Fantastic food and value in a warm and welcoming café full of laughs and down to earth hearty food. If that wasn't enough the value for money and generous portions are welcome in a time of rising prices and shrinking plates of food. If only we lived closer! it would be my café of choice. Thanks for a great breakfast and setting us up for the day!
Called in here for breakfast. Find your own table. Staff appeared disinterested when taking our order and when the food arrived it wasn’t overly hot and the eggs over cooked. Think the toast had been stood a while as it was hard. Went to pay, cash only but hadn’t been told this at any time.
Visited today04/11/2022 so been here a few times and had great breccys sadly today was an entirely different matter luke warm breakfast with cremated bacon nearly to the point of being innedible no sign to say it is cash only only why cash only dont know anyhow if this is what its like going forward will not call again oh yes served on cold plate cannot help
Was anticipating going to the Weatherspoons for breakfast but a chance conversation with a lovely lady running a flower stall on the market changed our mind. She highly recommended Crumbs in Dolphin Lane as the best breakfast in Boston. As a family of four adults we all the the Lincolnshire breakfast which was great quality produce, fantastic value for money and perfectly cooked. We could not have asked for better. The venue is clean and well presented and the staff are amazing. The two ladies working Saturday morning on the 21st June were so friendly and amazing cooks. Crumbs has always been an easy good and better breakfast option in Boston. Alas my visit with friends last week fell short of the previous standards. 10% price rise, which is OK considering previous price to quality received. What I wasn't t expecting thou was the half size portions!! Sausages would have been more at home on sticks, bacon overcooked, eggs way to crispy....Just a real let down. Friends who I took there have said how poor they also thought the food served was. Just disappointed....I will try elsewhere next week!
