What stevendK7366WQ doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
I tried out the new coconut flat white with my girlfriend having the hot chocolate version. I also had a cheddar and tomato toastie. The toastie was quick and tasty and the drinks were good value espically the kids hot chocolate. We were able to get a table however ordering drinks was a bit of an effort with the service slightly confused and chaotic. View all feedback. What Mcguiness61 likes about Costa Coffee:

read moreA recent dining experience at a popular café revealed a blend of delightful offerings and cumbersome service. Patrons enjoyed beverages like the coconut flat white and gingerbread latte, complemented by quick bites such as cheddar and tomato toasties. However, the overall atmosphere fell short due to chaotic ordering processes and confrontational staff dynamics. Instances of unprofessionalism, including the mishandling of drink preparation, led to discomfort among customers. While some found solace in the café’s warm drinks on a chilly day, many expressed reluctance to return, suggesting a pressing need for improvements in customer service and staff training.
