Foods are okay. Services are okay too. I just don't like the designs of the wall, the color of the walls. Its too dark. Maybe a little bright or light color that will refresh the aura of the customers. View all feedback.

we ordered 2 set meal for 6 pax ..the food came out like just being spread out in the serving plates.the serving is too little .,it was cold,fish and squid were not fresh and taste disgusting..what we paid for(4,254.00) 10 pax was totally not worth with what they serve us!!!its was terrible!!! Very small serving, pang carinderia ang unli rice meals nila.
The food was good. Masarap naman. Kaso nag serve ng panis na rice. And before panis na chicken. tsk tsk
The place was very hot the food was not good in taste really disapointing!
I don't mind what and how good or not the foods are, basta mabusog lang ako...ok na.
I've been to other Gilligan's branches before but this branch has bad service. I was with my wife and son and we were really starving from shopping. And it was about 11:30 towards lunch and we were looking for a place to eat without the long lines. We ordered combo meals to make sure we were served in a jiffy. It didn't take too long and we got our order. The problem was that my wife's chicken was undercooked. Our complimentary soup was never served. I asked for the manager to voice out my complaints but for some reason all the staff told me he wasn't around. There are better restaurants in legazpi. Better settle with the long lines at other restaurants, it will be worth it.
