The c... read more Prepare to speak Spanish because this restaurant delivers an authentically immersive experience! The pupusas are amazing, and their horchata is top-notch. The carne asada is huge, fulfilling, and juicy, while my mom loved the shrimp taco bowl, which was just as tasty. The portions are very generous, and the food has that homemade touch you'd get from your mom. I will definitely be coming back!

I ordered a pupusa with chicharrones but was instead served a pupusa with corned beef. The hot sauce was meant to have a kick but tasted like plain tomato sauce instead. I've shared my frustration all the way to Porter Square's StarMarket regarding how the quality has declined at Topacio. It seems like this generation just doesn't care! Some might defend the restaurant, but I stand by my experience. I won't be spending any more money there unless they change their attitude.
