Contribute FeedbackStephanie's in Boston, once a local favorite, has now become a disappointing old tourist trap. The food and service were subpar, with multiple issues in orders and poor quality dishes. However, despite some negative experiences, the restaurant's handling of the pandemic was commendable. The menu items received mixed reviews, with some customers enjoying the delicious food and drinks, while others found them average. Service varied from exceptional to average, with attentive waitstaff and good food quality balancing out some issues. Overall, Stephanie's offers a mixed dining experience suitable for diverse groups.
Food was excellent. Great service from our waiter. Only 4 stars because noise level and have to wait a long time for our check.
Hopping place with a big, varied and delicious menu. Great vegan options.
Enjoyed the service and menu options. They have nice mixed drinks but don’t have a real wine menu. We dined outdoors so maybe they didn’t offer the wine menu for outdoor diners.
I am very disappointed with their customer service: when I made my reservation, I specifically wrote in the comments section that we want to sit outside, however, when we arrived, we were told that there is an additional 20 minute wait for an outside table. We ended up sitting inside, which I did not enjoy at all! They have plenty of outside tables, so I don't understand why they couldn't accommodate my request that I made in advance. Very disappointed!!
It was worth it in every aspect, the food was great and the waiter was attentive
